Two years ago – this model was not a model.
In reference to those two years, I am sharing these images below by twos – or in pairs of different looks, if you will.
I happened to meet Shaelyn about that time, at a photographer/model shooting and networking event.
Shaelyn was just walking along, minding her own business – when I noticed her.
I introduced myself, and asked if she was there to model that day.
She explained that she was just there as a photographers assistant, and wasn’t planning to do any modeling.
So – I handed her my card and we each continued on with our day, and carried on with our scheduled plans and assignments.
After that day, Shaelyn expressed to me that she liked my work very much, and she shared her interest in working with me at some point in the future – with the thought and feeling that by doing so, it could be a benefit to her in a personal way. So – we have just kept in touch these past two years discussing working together from time to time. For various reasons, things didn’t work out for a shoot to be scheduled – but eventually, those two years turned into two hours of shooting.
One of the best things about doing what I do, is meeting all of the extremely cool and interesting people.
And, those people I meet that want to work with me – are simply amazing, courageous, adventurous, and wonderful people.
I can’t thank them enough for their interest and willingness – and patience!
Thank you very much for looking at our work! 🙂
